First licensed as real estate salesman in 1974. I have been active on a full time basis since 1984. I have listed and sold multi-millions in that time frame,everything from the smallest parcel of land to some of the areas more expensive homes,commercial propertys,multi-familys,as well as waterfront and recreational.I have also been involved in the layout and creation of subdivisions.

Numerous educational courses and seminars. I was a maine licensed appraiser for 2 years. Present member of the Maine and National Association Of Realtors. President of the northern kennebec valley board of realtors 1974. Named realtor of the year of the northern board 1975. Presently vice-chairman, Skowhegan board of assessors.Presently vice-chairman, Skowhegan zoning board of appeals.
